Crown Lands Notices.

Notice of the Laying-off of a Road through Block III., Te Ngarara West, Kapiti Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, on the 25th May, 1896, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by a warrant dated the 17th March, 1892.

SCHEDULE.

A. R. P. 10 0 17 Te Ngarara Block West III. Kapiti 176 Red.

As the said area is delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Lands and Survey Department at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above stated.

Notice of the Laying-off of a Road over Manawatu No. 4 or Tiratu Block, in the Tahoraite Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given, under the authority contained in section 72 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and the amendments thereof, that the road mentioned in the Schedule hereto was, on the 12th July, 1897, surveyed and laid off over the Native land therein mentioned, under my direction; and that, in terms of the said Act, the site of such road shall be deemed to be a road dedicated to the public, and shall vest in Her Majesty.

Notice of the Laying-off of a Road over Native Land in the Nuhaka No. 2 Block, Nuhaka Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given, under the authority contained in section 72 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and the amendments thereof, that the road mentioned in the Schedule hereto was, on the 30th November, 1897, surveyed and laid off over the Native land therein mentioned, under my direction; and that, in terms of the said Act, the site of such road shall be deemed to be a road dedicated to the public, and shall vest in Her Majesty.

Lands in Westland Land District surrendered.

IT is hereby notified that, surrender of the licenses of the under-mentioned Crown lands having been accepted by resolutions of the Westland Land Board, the said lands have reverted to the Crown under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892.”
