hereinafter described will be brought under the pro-
visions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat
be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 15th day
of October, 1898.

made to me for provisional certificates of title for
Section 44, Block XI., Moeraki District, Register-book,
Vol. xiii., folio 21, and part of Sections 12 and 18, Block IX.,
said district, Register-book, Vol. xxiv., folio 180. Satisfactory
evidence having been lodged of the loss of the original certi-
ficates, I hereby give notice that I shall issue provisional
