NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

3379, 3380, 3381. ANNIE BELL BLACK.—Allotments 163, 258, 319, and part of Allotment 130, Parish of Waioeka, containing 239 acres 3 roods 34 perches. Occupied by Thomas Black and Applicant.

  1. JOSHUA THOMAS JOHNS.—Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of part of Allotment 13, Parish of Waikomiti, containing 47 acres 2 roods 10 perches. Occupied by Messrs. Yates and Co. and Applicant.

WHEREAS WILLIAM EDMUND BIDGOOD, of Ormond, Labourer, claiming as devisee and as one of the executors of ELIZABETH BIDGOOD, late of Ormond, who died on the 15th November, 1896, has applied to be registered as owner in fee of all that parcel of land, containing 2 roods 36 perches, being Lot 2 on plan deposited in this office as No. 786, being part of Section 16, Town of Ormond, and the whole of the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. xxxi., folio 65, of the Register-book: Notice is hereby given that he will be so registered unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 13th day of October, 1898.

APPLICATION having been made to me by the Deputy Official Assignee on behalf of the Official Assignee in the estate of JOHN LOW, a bankrupt, for the issue of a provisional certificate of title for Section 87 of Block XII., Cape Survey District, contained in certificate of title, Vol. xix., folio 206, and a statutory declaration having been lodged with me of the loss of such certificate, I hereby give notice that I shall issue the provisional certificate of title as requested at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this notice, unless in the meantime a caveat be lodged forbidding the same.
