APPLICATION having been made to me to register a discharge of mortgage No. 10823, in favour of THOMAS SWEATMAN over Lot 30, on deposited Plan No. 321, of part Section 4, Hutt District, being the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. xliii., folio 171, and evidence having been lodged with me of the destruction of the outstanding copy of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice that I intend to dispense with the production of the said mortgage, and register the discharge as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 18th day of August, 1898.
