Trustees for Hunterville Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.


SCHEDULE.

Robert Henry Coltman, George William Drake Morris, John Hensleigh Norris, James Arthur Pawson, and Henry Valder. HUNTERVILLE.
All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being part of Subdivision No. 2 of Otairi No. 3 Block, situated in Ongo Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by the other part of Subdivision No. 2 aforesaid, 546 and 405 links respectively; towards the south-west by Rangatira Block, 516 links; and towards the west generally by a public road, 217·7 and 188·2 links.

this twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-eight.

Trustees for the Waikaiā Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule, and do revoke the warrant of the first day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, appointing Trustees for the said cemetery.

Colin Robertson, John Milne, William Nation, James Brighton Hutchinson, and John Miller Hazelden. WAIKAIA.
All that parcel of land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, being Section No. 69, Block I., Waikaiā Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 65 of same block, 632·4 links; towards the north-east by a road-line, 632·4 links; towards the south-east by a railway reserve, 632·4 links; and towards the south-west by said Section No. 65, 632·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
