1896," and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lessee of the section of land situated in the Provincial District of Otago, and enumerated in the Schedule hereto, may exchange his perpetual lease for a lease in perpetuity under section one hundred and fifty of "The Land Act, 1892."

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Wai-iti Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say:—

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Nelson, in the Nelson Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Upper Moutere Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto,

Amending a Proclamation resuming Land held under Lease in Perpetuity for the Purposes of a Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred by the sixth section of "The Land Act, 1892," and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby amend the Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirty-first day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, page five hundred and thirty-two, resuming land held under lease in perpetuity for the purposes of a road, in respect of the following words: namely, from the last line of the third paragraph delete the words "a public road," and substitute therefor the following words—i.e., "obtaining gravel therefrom for public roads."
