NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership between
the undersigned in the business of Saddlers, carried
on at Waimate by the undersigned under the style or firm
of “Ryan and Freeman,” has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the 25th day of May, 1898.
The debts due to and owing by the late firm will be paid
to and by the undersigned THOMAS FREEMAN.

NOTICE is hereby given that the copartnership business
heretofore carried on by us, the undersigned CHARLES
WILLIAM SMART, DAVID SMART, and JOHN GEORGE SMART, at
Onamalutu, in the Provincial District of Marlborough, as
Sawmillers and Flaxdressers, under the style or firm of
“Smart Brothers,” has been this day dissolved by mutual
consent. All moneys owing to the said firm must be paid
to the said DAVID SMART, now of Onamalutu, Flaxdresser.

DUNCAN McRAE, of Waikaiā, Otago, New Zealand, Farmer,
and KENNETH MACKENZIE, also of Waikaiā, Farmer, at
or near Waikaiā, as Farmers, under the style of “Mc-
Rae and Mackenzie,” was this day dissolved by mutual
consent.
