To the owner or owners of a parcel of land, containing 10·2 perches, more or less, being Allotment 16, Block XI., in the extension of the Township of South Dunedin, in the Provincial District of Otago, having a frontage to Broughton Street of 55 links. The last equitable owner known is — Howard, who bought the land about 1875, and is stated to have gone to America, and is supposed to have died since.

WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has not thereby ascertained who the owner or owners of the above-described land is or are, and believes that such owner is, or owners are, not in the colony:

The grantee and last registered owner is John Norman, described as an ensign in the Taranaki Military Settlers, who is supposed to have died many years ago.
