To the owner or owners of a parcel of land, containing 10·2 perches, more or less, being Allotment 16, Block XI., in the extension of the Township of South Dunedin, in the Provincial District of Otago, having a frontage to Broughton Street of 55 links. The last equitable owner known is — Howard, who bought the land about 1875, and is stated to have gone to America, and is supposed to have died since.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has not thereby ascertained who the owner or owners of the above-described land is or are, and believes that such owner is, or owners are, not in the colony:
Now, this notice calls upon such owner or owners, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his or their title to the land specified in this notice; and if such owner does or owners do not, within the time limited, so establish his or their title, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894.”

To the owner or owners of a parcel of land, containing 1 acre, more or less, being section 130, Town of Waverley, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and having a frontage to Werarou Road of 251 links. The grantee and last registered owner is John Norman, described as an ensign in the Taranaki Military Settlers, who is supposed to have died many years ago.
