NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company will voluntarily cease to carry on business in the Colony of New Zealand at the expiration of three months from the 15th day of April, 1898.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Winding Creek Gold-mining Company (Limited), incorporated in England, and whose Registered Office is at 11, Cornhill, London, intends to commence and carry on business at Waikaiä, in the Provincial District of Otago, and that its office or place of business in this colony, where legal proceedings of any kind may be served upon it, and to which notices of any kind may be addressed or given, will be situated in High Street, Dunedin.
