I, ANDREW TURNBULL, Registrar at Napier of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, do hereby notify that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by two directors of the Napier Sterilised Milk, Chilled Butter, and Ice Company (Limited), has been lodged in the Magistrate's Court at Napier and forwarded to me, and that, unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be dissolved in manner provided by “The Companies Act, 1882.”

WE, CHARLES ALBERT HEALD and PETER ANDREAS PETERSEN, Directors of the Napier Sterilised Milk, Chilled Butter, and Ice Company (Limited), incorporated under “The Companies Act, 1882,” do hereby make oath and say,—
- That the nominal capital of the said company is £5,000, in 500 shares of £10 each.
- That the allotted shares have been fully paid up.
- That the company has no assets, and has ceased to carry on its operations.
And we, Charles Albert Heald and Peter Andreas Petersen, do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of such company.

THE AUSTRALASIAN PUBLISHING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of Mr. J. A. Flesher, No. 9, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on Thursday, the 28th day of April, 1898, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining, by extraordinary resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 16th day of February, 1898, presented to Mr. Justice Williams, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by the Bank of New Zealand, a creditor of the said company: And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court, at Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 1st day of March, 1898; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose. And a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and of the Poverty Bay Farmers’ Co-operative Association (Limited), (in liquidation).
THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 15th day of March, 1898, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to John Coleman, of Gisborne, Accountant, the Official Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Official Liquidator, are, by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the office of the Supreme Court at Gisborne, before the Registrar of the said Court at Gisborne aforesaid, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
Tuesday, the 5th day of April, 1898, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at the said office, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the debts and claims.
