A PPLICATION having been made to me by GERVASE DISNEY HAMERTON for the issue to him of a provisional certificate of title for part of Allotment No. 1 of Section 44, Carlyle Suburban, contained in certificate of title, Register-book, Vol. vii., folio 279, and a statutory declaration having been lodged with me of the loss of such certificate, I hereby give notice that I shall issue the provisional certificate of title, as requested, at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this notice, unless in the meantime a caveat be lodged forbidding the same.

W E, the undersigned, WALTER MAUNSELL STACE and ALEXANDER MOWAT, do hereby notify that the Partnership business lately carried on between us as Fellmongers at Springlands, near Blenheim, under the style or firm of “Stace and Mowat,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of December, 1897.

All moneys due to the said firm must be paid to me, the said Alexander Mowat, and I will pay all debts owing by the said firm.
