Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing of opposition to the grant of any such patent. Such notice must set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be in duplicate. A fee of 10s. is payable thereon.

No. 9514.—6th May, 1897.—HORACE PRIESTLEY, of Kaihu, Northern Wairoa, Auckland, New Zealand, Engineer. An invention entitled “Priestley’s Reversible Jaw,” to be fitted on either end of spear of timber-jack. (Specification, 4s. 6d.; drawings, 3s.)*

No. 9726.—24th July, 1897.—JOHN JAMES HASLAM, of Avondale, near Auckland, New Zealand, Builder. A duplex self-discharging silt-punt. (Specification, 8s 6d.; drawings, 6s.)*
