NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the
undersigned ARNOLD CHARLES LEWIS and "THOMAS
WILLIAM LEWIS, as Solicitors, has this day been dissolved
by mutual consent. The practice will be carried on
by Mr. T. W. Lewis, at the offices of the late firm, in
Hastings.

In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1882," and its
amendments; and in the matter of the Australasian
Publishing Company (Limited).

An extraordinary general meeting of the above-named
company, duly convened, and held at Christchurch
on the 20th day of October, 1897, the following special reso-
lution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary
general meeting of the members of the said company, also
duly convened, and held at the same place on the 5th day
of November, 1897, the following resolution was duly con-
firmed: "That the Australasian Publishing Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily." And at such last-
mentioned meeting ARTHUR HENRY LINZEY, of Christchurch,
Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of
the winding-up.

"The Companies Act, 1882," that a General Meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held
at the office of Mr. Alexander Montgomery, Arcade Chambers,
Timaru, on Tuesday, the 25th day of January, 1898, at 2.30
o'clock in the afternoon, in order that there may be laid
before the said company an account showing the manner
in which the winding-up has been conducted and the pro-
perty of the company has been disposed of, and in order
that the company may hear any explanation that may be
