In the matter of the United Hercules Hydralic Sluicing
Company (Limied).

A T an extraodinary general meeting of the above-named
company, dly convened, and held at the company's
registered office, Dinedin, on the 4th day of October, 1897,
the following special resolution was dly passed ; and at a
subeuent extraodinary general meeting of the members
of the said company, also dly convened, and held at the
same place on the 29th day of October, 1897, the following
resolution was dly confirmed, vix.:-

"That the company be bound up voluntarily, and that
Peter Bar, of Dinedin, be and he is herebly appinted
Lquidator for the purposes of such winding-up. "
