APPLICATION having been made to me to register a dealing affecting part of Rural Section 319A, situated in the Rangiora Survey District, being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. xxi., folio 198, whereof the Assets Realisation Board is the registered proprietor, and for the issue of a provisional certificate for the balance of the land comprised therein, and proof having been furnished of the loss of the original certificate, I hereby give notice that I will register such dealing and issue such provisional certificate at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Private Advertisements.

WAITOTARA COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Waitotara County Council to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road in the County of Waitotara running through the Native block of land known as Pakaraka No. 1, from the Maxwelltown Road to the southern boundary of the Oamarunui Block, and of a road from the Upper Pakaraka Road to connect with the aforesaid road; and for the purposes of such public work to take, under the provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1894," the lands described in the Schedule hereto: And notice is hereby further given that copies of the plans of the said roads and of the lands so required to be taken are deposited at the storehouse of Messrs. A. and D. Brown, at Maxwelltown, in the said county, and are there open for public inspection: And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Waitotara County Council, at its office in Ridgway Street, Wanganui.

NOTICE is hereby given that I, CHARLES ZWIRNMAN BRAUSCH, of Hastings, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, and Colony of New Zealand, carpenter, hitherto known by the name of Charles Brausch or Charles Gottlieb Zwirnman, have assumed the name of Charles Zwirnman Brausch in lieu or substitution of the names of Charles Brausch and Charles Gottlieb Zwirnman. And that I now do, and at all times hereafter will, in all deeds, writings, dealings, transactions, and documents, and in all legal and other proceedings, affairs, occasions, and matters whatsoever, use the name of Charles Zwirnman Brausch as and for my name, in lieu and substitution of the aforesaid names of Charles Brausch and Charles Gottlieb Zwirnman, as testified by a deed-poll under my hand and seal dated the 15th day of October, 1897, and filed in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Napier.
