SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or less, being Section No. 102 of the Suburbs of Pahi, Otamatea County. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 101, 892 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 255 links and 439 links; towards the south east by Section No. 103, 1192 links; and towards the south-west by the Arapaoa River.

Addition to the Methven Domain brought under “The Public Domains Act, 1881.”

RANFURLY, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of October, 1897.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve set apart for public recreation in the Canterbury Land District, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act, by the Methven Domain Board, constituted by an Order in Council issued on the twenty-third day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, being part of Reserve 2026, and now known as Reserve No. 3184, Block VII., Spaxton Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a road-line, 621·5 links; towards the east by Reserve 2613, 1123·4 links; towards the south by a road-line, 690·1 links; and towards the west by the Police Paddock Reserve 2026, 823·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Christchurch.

Eketahuna Recreation-ground brought under “The Public Domains Act, 1881.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of October, 1897.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

ALL that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 19 perches, more or less, being Section No. 40b, Block VI., Mangaone Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 39; towards the east by Section No. 40c (cottage-hospital reserve); towards the south by a public road; and towards the west by Section No. 40 (cemetery reserve).

Paremoremo Recreation-ground brought under “The Public Domains Act, 1881.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of October, 1897.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve made for public recreation in the Land District of Auckland, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 94A of the Parish of Paremoremo, and containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 17 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 76 of the Parish of Paremoremo, 1455 links; towards the east by a public road, 233 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 94 of the same parish, 1461 links; and towards the west by a stream to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Vesting a Reserve in the Kiwitea County Council.

RANFURLY, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of October, 1897.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was permanently set apart as a gravel reserve on the fourth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight:

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said land in the Kiwitea County Council:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in “The Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Kiwitea County,” in trust, for a gravel reserve.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 119, Block XIV., Apiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and south by Section No. 8, and towards the west and north-west by a public road.
