"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
AUCKLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," and of the applications of Kono te Aho and others for amendment, under section 39 of the said Act, of the orders of the Court appointing Peti Herewini successor to the interests of Peti te Aho, deceased, in Te Poporo or Allotment No. 21, Parish of Whangape; Pukekawa or Allotment No. 18, Parish of Onewhero; Matahuru or Allotment No. 348, Parish of Taupiri; and Maramarua or Allotment No. 62, Parish of Koheroa.

WHEREAS on inquiry it has been found that the matters complained of are not such as can be dealt with under section 39 aforesaid: It is hereby notified that the said applications are dismissed.

As witness my hand, this 1st day of October, 1897.
