Rural Land in Auckland District open for Sale or Selection.
District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 14th September, 1897.
THE under-mentioned Crown land will be open for sale or selection, in terms of section 136 of “The Land Act, 1892,” either for cash, for occupation with right of purchase, or for lease in perpetuity, at the option of the selector, on and after Wednesday, the 3rd November, 1897.
If more than one application be received for the section on the same day, then the priority of selection shall be decided by ballot on the following day, at 11 a.m.

"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and of an application of Pareraware te Aho and another for amendment, under section 39 of the said Act, of an order of the Court appointing successors to the interest of Peti te Aho, deceased, in Lots 51 and 62, Parish of Pepepe.
WHEREAS the said application was referred by me to the Court for inquiry and report, and such inquiry was held at Kihikihi, on the 27th day of July, 1896, before Henry Dunbar Johnson, Esq., a Judge of the Court, and Reha Aperahama, Assessor: And whereas, as the result of such inquiry, it appeared that the minutes of the proceedings of the Court on the 8th day of May, 1876, appointing Wetere te Aho, Anatipa te Aho, and Pareraware te Aho successors to the said Peti te Aho, had been cancelled in the minute-book of the Court, and that an order had been issued on the 17th day of January, 1878, appointing Peti Herewini successor to the said Peti te Aho: And whereas the said second order was made in error, and the persons named in the minutes of the proceedings of the Court on the 8th day of May, 1876, are the proper persons to succeed to the interest of the said Peti te Aho:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power vested in me as Chief Judge of the said Court by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said order of Court of the 17th day of January, 1878, be, and the same is, hereby annulled, and that the order appointing the said Wetere te Aho, Anatipa te Aho, and Pareraware te Aho successors to the interest of the said Peti te Aho in Lots 51 and 62, Parish of Pepepe, be drawn up, signed, and sealed. And I direct that notice hereof be inserted in the Gazette and Kahiti.

AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and of an application by Patupatu Keepa, under section 39 of the said Act, for the inclusion of his name as an owner in the Maraeroa B Block.
WHEREAS the said application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and such inquiry was held at Otorohanga, on the 7th day of August, 1897, before Walter Edward Gudgeon, Esq., a Judge of the said Court: And whereas, as the result of such inquiry, it appeared that an error had been made by the omission of the name of the said Patupatu Keepa from the list of owners in the said block:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the name of the said Patupatu Keepa be included in the title to the said Maraeroa B Block, as the owner of one share therein, and that the order of the Court be amended accordingly. And I direct that this order be published in the Gazette and Kahiti.

In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and of an application by Parehuiroro te Atahira, under section 39 of the said Act, for the inclusion of the names of her children, Huihana Parehuiroro and Ngaro Parehuiroro, as owners in Kinohaku East No. 1 or Ototoika Block.
WHEREAS the said application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and such inquiry was held at Otorohanga, on the 4th day of August, 1897, before Walter Edward Gudgeon, Esq., a Judge of the said Court: And whereas, as the result of such inquiry, it appeared that an error had been made by the omission of the names of the said Huihana Parehuiroro and Ngaro Parehuiroro from the list of owners in the said block:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the names of the said Huihana Parehuiroro and Ngaro Parehuiroro be included in the title to the said Kinohaku East No. 1 Block, as the owners of one share each therein, and that the order of the Court be amended accordingly.
