I, THE undersigned Bernard Patrick McMahon, of
Reefton, Mining Agent, hereby make application to
register the Buller Dredges (Limited) under the provisions
of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

1. The name of the company is to be the Buller Dredges
   (Limited).

2. The place of intended operations is in or near the bed
   of the Buller River, at Fern Flat, in the Provincial District
   of Nelson.

3. The registered office of the company will be situated
   in Smith Street, Reefton.

4. The nominal capital of the company is nine thousand
