I, THE undersigned Bernard Patrick McMahon, of
Reefton, Mining Agent, hereby make application to
register the Buller Dredges (Limited) under the provisions
of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

The name of the company is to be the Buller Dredges
(Limited). -
The place of intended operations is in or near the bed
of the Buller River, at Fern Flat, in the Provincial District
of Nelson. -
The registered office of the company will be situated
in Smith Street, Reefton. -
The nominal capital of the company is nine thousand
pounds, divided into twelve thousand shares of fifteen
shillings each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thou-
sand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of
shares in the company. -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.
