PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of "The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

being a person holding the office of Postmaster, under "The Post Office Act, 1881," at Kaponga, is authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two hundred and thirty-fourth section of "The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882."
