Trustees for the Parua Bay Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Ceme-
teries Act, 1882," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide
for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery speci-
fied in the second column of the said Schedule.

Appointing Trustees for the Kimberley Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
John Brown, Jun., and
Henry McNAE
to be Trustees, in the place of James Cogan, deceased, and
Hugh W. McClelland, resigned, to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the Kimberley Public Cemetery, in
conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrants
under the hand of His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this tenth day of September, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-seven.
