I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register the Golden Shore Gold-mining Company as a no-liability company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”
- The name of the company is to be the Golden Shore Gold-mining Company (No Liability).
- The place of operations (or intended operations) is at Coromandel.
- The registered office of the company will be situated at Hobson’s Buildings, Auckland.
- The value of the company’s property, including claim or lease ground and machinery, is ten thousand pounds.
- The number of shares in the company is one hundred thousand, of two shillings each.
- The number of shares subscribed for is one hundred thousand.
- The name of the Manager is John Hunter Harrison.
- The names and addresses and occupations of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as below:—

I, THE undersigned, hereby make application to register the Ruapaka (Marlborough) Alluvial Gold-mining Company (Limited) as a limited company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”
- The name of the company is to be the Ruapaka (Marlborough) Alluvial Gold-mining Company (Limited).
- The place of operations is at Canvastown, in the District of Marlborough.
- The registered office of the company will be situated at 6, Featherston Street, Wellington.
- The nominal capital of the company is one thousand five hundred pounds, in ten thousand shares of three shillings each.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been lodged with me by CHRISTINA PURVIS, wife of James Purvis, of Kaiwera, Southland, for a provisional certificate of title for part of Section 12, Block XII., District of Waipahi, Register-book, Vol. lix., folio 28, and that satisfactory evidence has also been lodged of the loss of the original certificate of title for the said land: I hereby give notice that I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as requested to the said Christina Purvis on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of publication hereof.
