NOTICE OF INCREASE OF CAPITAL.

I, THE undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 31st day of March, 1897, resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing sixty-thousand (60,000) new shares of one shilling each in addition to the sixty thousand (60,000) shares now existing in the company.
