Any three of the said Board shall form a quorum. Any
meeting may be adjourned from time to time. -
The members of the Board shall, at their first meeting,
and thereafer at an annual meeting to be held on the first
Saturday in January in every suceeding year thereafer,
elect one of themselves to be Chaiman, who may join in the
discusssion, and shall have an original as well as a castng
vote. The Chaiman shall hold office until the election of
his successor. -
If at any meeting the Chaiman is not present at the
time apointed for holding the same, the members present
shall choose some one of their number to be chaiman of
such meeting. -
If, by resgnation, death, or incapacity, or otherwise,
the office of Chaiman shall be or become vacat, the
members may at any monthly or special meeting appoint a
Chaiman. -
All questions shall be determined by the majority of
votes of the members of the Board present at a meeting.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcell of land in the Taramaki Land District,
containing by admeasurment 8 aces 2 rood, more or less,
being Section No. 58, Tarama Vllage. Bounded on the north
by the Waitara River; on the east by the Waitara River;
on the south by the Juntion Road and Ngarimau Terace,
1840 links; and on the west by the Waitara River: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is
delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief
Surveryor, New Plymout.

IN COUNCIL.
By virtue of the powers and authorities vester in me by
the twey-forth section of "The Public Reserves Act,
1881," I, James Prendergast, the Adminstrator of the
Government of the Coloy of New Zelnd, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executve Council of the said
coloy, do here order and declare that the reseve set apart
for public recretion in the Land District of Auckland, and
descried in the Schedle hereto, shall be and the same is
here brought under the operation of and declared to be
subject to the provisios of "The Public Doman Act,
1881"; and such domain shall hereafter be managed,
administered, and deal with, in manner directed by the
said Act, by the Puniu Doman Board, constituted by an
Order in Council issued on the twey-sixth day of
November, one thousand eight hundred and eity-five.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcell of land in the Auckland Land District,
situate in the Parish of Mangapio, being lot No. 6, part
of lot No. 7, and part of lot No. 8, containing by
admeasurment 5 aces 3 rood 36 perches, more or less; as
shown on Land Tranfer certificate, Vol. lxxix., folio 40,
in the District Land Regstry Office, Auckland.

Whereas the land mentioned in the Schedle hereto was
permanenty reserved for an agicultural and patoral
society's showground on the twey-secod day of January,
one thousand eight hundred and nety-seve:
And where, in the opinion of His Excellency the
Adminstrator of the Government, it is expedit that the
said land should be vester in the Mognonui County
Agricultural and Patoral Society:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Adminstrator of the
Government of the Coloy of New Zelnd, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executve Council of the said
coloy, and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vester in him by the fourth section of "The Public
Reserves Act, 1881," doth here declare that, from and
after the day of the date hereof, the reseve mentioned in
the Schedle hereto shall become vester in "The Mognonui
County Agricultural and Patoral Society," in trust, for
a showground.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcell of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Section No. 18, Block Vll., Whangape Survery
District, containing by admeasurment 49 aces 2 rood,
more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections
Nos. 17A and 17, Block Vll., Whangape Survery District;
toward the south-east by Cown lands; towards the
south-west by Section No. 19, Block Vll. aforesaid; and
toward the north-west by a road.

HIS EXCELENCY THE ADMINSTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL.
Whereas, there being no Harbour Board empowered to
grant the license hereinafter mentioned, Thomas Hertley,
William Brownlee, and Alred Cook Yarborough
(hereinafter called "the licensees") have, as Trustees for
the inhabitants of Kohukohu, applied to the Govenor in
Council for a license, under "The Harbours Act Amedment
Act, 1883" (hereinafter called "the said Act"), to occuy a
part of the foreshore of Hokiaga Harbour in order to use
the same as a recretion ground, and to erect a wall round
a portion thereof in order to keep the water out; and, in
acordance with the one hundred and fity-sixth section of
"The Harbours Act, 1878," have deposited a plan in the
office of the Marne Department at Wellington (marled
M.D. 2123), showing the portion of foreshore in the said
Harbour required for such purpose: And where it has been
made to appear to the Govenor in Council that the
proposed wall will not be or tend to the injury of
navigation; and the said plan has, prior to the making of
this Order in Council, been approved by the Govenor in
Council: And where it is expedit that a license under
the said Act, for the purpose aforesaid, should be granted
and issued to the licensees on the terms and conditions
hereinafter expressed:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Adminstrator of the
Government of the Coloy of New Zelnd, in pursuance and
exercise of the power and authority vester in him by the
said Act, and with the advice and consent of the
Executve Council of the said coloy, doth here appro of
the purpose or object for which the said license is
required by the licensees as aforesaid; and in further
pursuance and exercise of the said power and authority,
and with the like advice and consent as aforesaid, doth
here license and permit the licensees, as trutees for the
inhabitants of Kohukohu, to use and occuy that part of
the foreshore which is particularly shown and delineated
on the plan so deposited as aforesaid, for the purpose of
using the same as a recretion ground for the inhabitants
of Kohukohu, and erecting a wall round a portion of the
same; such license to be held and enjoyed by the
licensees upon and subject to the following terms and
conditions, that is to say:-

In these conditions the term "Minister" means the
Minister having charge of the Marne Department, as
defined by "The SHIPPING and Seaman's Act, 1877," and
includes any officer, person, or authority acting by or
under the direction of such Minister. -
The concessions and privileges conferred by this Order
in Council shall extend and apply only to the oblong part
of the foreshore in Hokiaga Harbour shown on the said
plan marked M.D. 2123, within the black lines marked 13
chain by 6 1/2 chain, and the wall shall be constracted
round the oval portion marked "Reclamed land. " -
In consideratoin of the concessions and privileges
granted by this Order in Council the licensees shall on
demad pay to the Minister the annual sum of one shilling,
such annual payment to date from the date of this Order
in Council. -
That the rights, powers, and privileges conferred by
this Order in Council shall continue in force for fourteen
