A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, James
Prendergast, Administ rator of the Government of the
Colony of New Zeal and, with the consent of the lessee
of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent
of the Southland County Council, being the local authority
in whose district the said land is sit uated, do by this
not ice hereb y proclaim as a road the land in the Hokonui District,
S outhland County, mentioned in the S chedule hereto.

and the same are hereb y set apart and declared open for
lease as village - homest ead allotments.
