Mining Notices.

In the matter of the Sew Hoy Big Beach Gold-mining Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Dunedin on the 4th day of October, 1897, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 18th day of October, 1897, the same resolution was confirmed, viz. :—
“1. That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Richard Thomas Wheeler the younger, and James Gore, both of Dunedin, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
