Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 4 of 113 and by a public road, 1210 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 1 of 113 and by Section No. 112, 349 links and 795 links respectively; towards the south-west by a public road, 1146 links and 1204 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 107, 1187 links: excepting a public road, 50 links wide, which crosses the said parcel of land; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Nelson. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 120 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 116, 472 links; toward the south-west by a public road, 246 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 318 links: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Nelson. All that parcel of land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres and 39 perches, more or less, being Section No. 3, Block XVI., Maniototo District. Bounded towards the north-west by Crown lands, 1894 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 31 of same block, 1281 links; towards the south by railway reserve, 1127 links; and towards the south-west by a road-line, 336 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Dunedin. For a public-school site.

All that parcel of land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres, more or less, being Section No. 172, Block I., Waitahuna West District. Commencing at the north-west corner of Section No. 149, Block I., Waitahuna West District, and bearing from thence by a line due west for a distance of 120 links to the starting-point; thence due west across the Clutha River for a distance of 900 links; thence in a southerly direction for a distance of 1500 links; thence due east across the Clutha River for a distance of 800 links; thence in a northerly direction for a distance of 1600 links to the starting-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Dunedin. For a punt-site.

All that parcel of land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres, more or less, being Section No. 36, Block VIII., Tuapeka West District. Commencing at the south-west corner of Section No. 22 of Block VIII., Tuapeka West District, and bearing from thence by a line 340° 6′ for a distance of 400 links; thence in a westerly direction by a line bearing 256° 10′ for a distance of 250 links, to the starting-point; thence in a westerly direction on the same bearing across the Clutha River for a distance of 500 links; thence in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 1500 links; thence by a line bearing 76° 10′ across the Clutha River for a distance of 700 links; thence in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 1500 links, to the starting-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Dunedin. All that parcel of land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, being Section No. 36 of Block VII., Naseby District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 24 of Block VII., Naseby District, 520 links; towards the north-east by said section, and by the Wetherburn Reserve, 490 links and 330 links respectively; towards the south-east by Section No. 24 of Block VII., Naseby District, 390 links; and towards the south-west by a road-line, 800 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Dunedin. WHEREAS by the two hundred and thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes of the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Land District of Auckland described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes of the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being the northern portion of Section No. 17 of the Parish of Parahaki, and containing by admeasurement 19 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 18 of the Parish of Parahaki, 2138 links; towards the east and south generally by a public road, 132, 200, 240, 246, 271, 163, 178, 24, 269, 241, 366, 164, 246, 341, and 258 links, and by a stream; and towards the west generally by the Hatea River to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a public recreation-ground.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 192 of the Parish of Waipareira, and containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by a line, 380 links; towards the south-east by a line, 1368 links; towards the west by a public road, 386 links; and towards the north-west by a line, 1296 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a public cemetery.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of Block XV. of the Town of Taupo, and containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Tamamutu Street, 1000 links; towards the south-east by Titiraupenga Street, 400 links; towards the south-west by Horomatangi Street, 1000 links; and towards the north-west by Ruapehu Street, 400 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a public-school site.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 71 of the Parish of Waiau, and containing by admeasurement 11 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north and north-east generally by the Puhitahi Creek; towards the south-east by the Puhitahi Native Reserve (No. 643 in red) and by the abutment of a road, 733 links; and towards the west by Section No. 69 of the Parish of Waiau, 1827 links, to the point of commencement. For a public landing reserve.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 7 of Block II., Waihi South Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 51 acres 2 roods, more or less. Bounded towards the north generally by a public road, 1256 links, by Section No. 7A of Block II., Waihi South Survey District, 854 and 388 links, by a road reserve, 112 and 400 links, and by a public road, 928 links; towards the east by Section No. 9 of Block II. aforesaid, 1601 links; towards the south by Section No. 8 of Block II. aforesaid, 2485 links; and towards the west by a public road, 2267 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 186A of the Parish of Tauhoa, and containing by admeasurement 8 acres 1 rood, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 618, 554, and 99 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 767, 240, and 773 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 186 of the Parish of Tauhoa, 1385 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 10B of Block XVI., Otamatea Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 9 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 302, 28, 162, 374, 234, and 141 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 93, 216, 149, 257, 226, and 277 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 894 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 10A of Block XVI., Otamatea Survey District, 988 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
