bottom; well watered, and covered with good native grasses; 
height above sea-level, from 350ft. to 800ft.; distance from 
Otautau, about th irty miles.

P osse ssion will be given on the day of sale.

Purchasers must depo sit the statuto ry decla ratio n required 
by section 195 of "The Land Act, 1892," and pay the sum 
of the first half-year's rent and license- fee on the fall of the 
hamme r.
