NIL DESPERANDUM GOLD-MINING COMPANY
(NO LIABILITY).

I, John Hunter Harrison, Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 1st day of December, 1896, resolved on. The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing eighty thousand new shares of two shillings each, in addition to the eighty thousand shares already existing in the company.
