NOTICE is hereby given that RICHARD LOVEGROVE, of Thorndon Quay, Wellington, Dairyman, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors, to be held at my office, on Wednesday, the 16th day of December, 1896, at 11 o’clock.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Office of the above company has been removed to Parkeston, West Wanganui, in the Provincial District of Nelson, which will in future be the place of business of the said company.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Irving Gold-mining Company as a no-liability company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Irving Gold-mining Company (No Liability).
  2. The place of operations (or intended operations) is at Maritoto.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Hobson’s Buildings, Auckland.
