northern boundary of said Subdivision No. 5, through
said subdivisions numbered 4, 3, 2, and 1 respectively,
and through Lower Aorangi No. 36 aforesaid, connect-
ing therein with the main drain; and the doing of all neces-
sary sinking, excavating, and other works in connection
therewith.
Copies of the plans numbered 940, 941, and 942, showing
the lands required to be taken for the said public work,
together with the names of the owners and occupiers of
the said lands so far as they can be ascertained, are de-
posited at the store of G. McBeath and Co., at Longburn, in
the Provincial District of Wellington, and are open for
inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.
And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected
by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of
the said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objec-
tions to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, within
forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the
Manawatu Land Drainage Board.
