NOTICE is hereby given that the Manawatu Land
Drainage Board require to take, under the provisions
of “ The Public Works Act, 1894,” for the public work
hereinafter mentioned,—

Firstly, all that parcel of land, containing 8 acres and
6 perches, more or less, being part of the land known as
Lower Aorangi No. 30, Block IV., Mount Robinson Survey
District, coloured brown in the plan No. 940, hereinafter
mentioned.

Secondly, all that parcel of land, containing 32 acres
