Notice of Request to amend Application and Specification.

A REQUEST for leave to amend the under-mentioned application for Letters Patent (including the specification) has been received, and is open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within one month from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing of opposition to the amendments. Such notice must set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be in duplicate. A fee of 10s. is payable thereon.
No. 8697. — 31st July, 1896. — EDGAR ARTHUR ASHCROFT, of Maycroft, Newcomen Street, Newcastle, New South Wales, Metallurgist. An invention for “improvements in the treatment of solutions or ores containing zinc for the recovery of the zinc as oxide.”
