Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me as Chief Judge of the said Court by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order of the Court made in respect of subdivision B on the partition of the said Tokomaru Block be amended by striking out the names of the successors of Wikitoria Kapiti, and by substituting the name of Wikitoria Haara as the owner of the same interest as was by the said order awarded to the successors of Wikitoria Kapiti; and I direct that notice hereof be published in the Gazette and Kahiti.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and of an application by Hariwhenua Herangi, under section 39 of the said Act, for amendment of the order of the Court determining the relative interests in Kakepuku No. 2, or Pitoritori, Block.

WHEREAS the said application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and such inquiry was held at Kihikihi on the 21st day of July, 1896: And whereas as the result of such inquiry it appeared that an error had been made with regard to the share of the said Hariwhenua Herangi, and also with regard to the shares of Rangitaupua Herangi and Rautaramoa Maapi: And whereas the shares to which the said persons are rightfully entitled are those set out in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me as Chief Judge of the said Court by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order of the Court made the 22nd day of February, 1892, on the investigation of the title to the said block be amended as to the shares of the said Hariwhenua Herangi, Rangitaupua Herangi, and Te Rautaramoa Maapi, in accordance with the Schedule hereto; and I direct that notice hereof be published in the Gazette and Kahiti.

SCHEDULE.

HARIWHENUA HERANGI, three-sevenths of a share; Rangitaupua Herangi, one share: Rautaramoa Maapi, six-sevenths of a share.
