This district is bounded towards the north and east gene-rally by the Tuaepka Electorral District, hereinbefore de-scrbed, from Leithen Bum to a point on the left bank of
the Clutha River due east of Trig. Statlon D, Ranglebura
Suryey District; thence towards the north-east generally by
the Bruee Electorral District, hereinbefore described, to the
ocean; thence towards the south-east by the oceau to
Chasland's Mistake; thence towards the south-west gene-rally by a right line to Black Hom; thence by the summlt
of the watershed over Bleak Hill, the Ohimney, and Flower-pot to Oatlin's Cooe; thence by a right line to the source of
the Wapaihi River in Section No. 1, Block XI., Kuriwao
Suryey District; thence by the said Wapaihi River to a
point due east of the north-eastern corner of Section No. 6
(P.R), Block VL., Sloopedown Suryey District; thence to-wards the south by a right line to the said north-eastern
corner; thence by the said Section No. 6 and Run No. 162
(education endowmeut) to the northem boundeary-line of
Block VIL., Sloopedown Suryey District; thence by the
said Block VIL. and Bloecks VIL. and IX., Sloopedown

that River; thence towards the north-west by the said
Okapua Stream to the 'Dunodin-Switzers Road; thence
toward the north by that road; thence towards the west by
the Chatton Suryey District, and Block XI., Greenvale Sur-vey District, and Run No. 175B, to Leithen Bum, at the
boundeary of the Tuaepka Electorral District aforesaid, the
place of commencoment.

MATAURA.

The district is bounded towards the north-east generally
by the Clutha Electorral District, hereinbefore described, from the mouth of the Okapua Stream to the oceau; towards the
soutb by the oceau to a point in line with the westem
boundeary-line of Block VIL., Invercargill Hundred; thence
toward the west by a right line to the said westem bounde-ary-line of Block VIL., and thence by that boundeary-line to
Block V. of the said Invercargill Hundred; thence towards
the north-west by the said Block V. and Block V. of the
said Invercargill Hundred to the easter boundeary-line of
the latter block; thence towards the south-west by the said
Block V. and Bloecks XI., XII., and XVII. of the said In-vercargill Hundred to the Makarewa River; thence again
toward the north-west by that river to the north-western
corner of Section No. 190, Forost Hill Hundred; thence
toward the north by a line due east for a distance of 174
chains; thence again towards the west by a line due
north for a distance of 200 ohains; thence again towards
the north-west by a line beering N. 45° E. to the east-em boundeary-line of the said Forost Hill Hundred; again towards the west by the Forost Hill Hundred aforesaid; again towards the south by the said Forost Hill
Hundred to Lora Stream; thence again towards the north-west generally by the said Lora Stream to Section No.
798 (known as Small Grazing-mun No. 21), Hokonui Suryey
Dietrict; thence towards the south-west by that section and
by the northem boundeary-lines of Sections Nos. 449 and
207, Hokonui Suryey District, to the Otemita Stream; thence by that stream to its confluence with the Mautaara
River; and thence by the left bank of the said Mautaara
River to the Okapua Stream, at the boundeary of the Clutha
Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencemeut.

WAKATIPU.

This district is bounded towards the north and north-west
by the Westland Electorral District, hereinbefore described; towards the east by the Waitaki Electorral District, hereinbefore described, from the Southern Alps to Mount St.
Bathans; thence towards the south-east generally by the
Waihemo, the Tuaepka, and the Clutha Electorral Districts
respeotively, hereinbefore described; towards the south by
the Mautaara Electorral District, hereinbefore described, to
the northem boundeary-line of Section No. 449, Hokonui
Suryey District; towards the west generally by Section
No. 798 (known as Small Grazing-mun No. 21), Hokonui
Suryey District, and Sections Nos. 354 and 179 to Cowa's
Creek; thence by Cowa's Oreek to the Waimaa Stream; thence by the Waimaa Stream to Longridge Stream, and by
the right bank of Longridge Stream to Section No. 512, Hokonui Suryey District; thence by that section and Sec-tions Nos. 538, 42, 48, 47, 46, 45, 197, 147, 639 (P.R), 7, 150, 541, 567, 40, 511, and the southem boundeary-line of the last-mentioned section produced to the Mautaara River; thence
again towards the west generally by the Mautaara River to
its source near Byre Peal; thence by right lines over Byre
Peak and Jone Peal to Himmock Peal; thence by the
summit of the watershed over Mount Lookup and the
Thomson Mountains to a line drawn between Rond Peal
and Moffat Peal; thence towards the south by a right line
to Moffat Peal; thence by a right line to Mount Eglinton; thence again towards the south-west by the summlt of the
Eari Mountains to a point in line with the Oastle Mounatain
and Cloudy Pass; thence again towards the south by a
right line over the said Oastle Mounatain and Cloudy Pass to
Bligh Sound; and thence by the said Bligh Sound to the
ocean; and thence again towards the north-west by the
ocean.

wALLACE.

This district is bounded towards the north-east generally
by the Wakatipu Electorral District, hereinbefore described, from Bligh Sound to Section No. 798, Hokonui Suryey
Dietrict; thence towards the south-west generally by Section
No. 798 (known as Small Grazing-mun, No. 21), Hokonui
Suryey District, and Sections Nos. 361, 797, 796, 795, 577, 572, 575, and 576, Hokonui Suryey District, to the Township of
East Diptou; thence by the eastem and southem boundearies
of this township to the Oreti River; thence by the right
bunk of the said Oreti River to the southem boundeary-line
of Section No. 18, Taringatara Suryey District; thence
toward the south by the southem boundeary-line of Sections
Nos. 18, 10, 66, 17, and 126, all of Taringatara Suryey Dis-trict, to Section No. 123; thence by the production of the
southern boundeary-line of the last-mentioned section through
Section No. 123 to the southem boundeary-line of Section
No. 79; thence by that boundeary-line and the southem
boundeary-line of Section No. 261, and by Sections Nos.
162B and 162A respectively to the north-westem corner
of the last-mentioned section; thence again towards the
east generally by the said Section No. 162A, and by Run
No. 154A, Sections Nos. 162c and 188, Taringatara Suryey
Dietrict, and by the southem boundeary-line of the last-mentioned section produced to a point due north of the
north-eastem corner of Section No. 245, Taringatara Suryey
Dietrict; thence by a line due south to the last-mentioned
section; thence by the eastem boundeary-line of that section
and the eastem boundeary-lines of Sections Nos. 244, 243, 242, 241, 240, 239, and 238 to Section No. 71; thence by that
section and Section No. 63, Oreti Hundred, to the road
which forms the north-eastem boundeary of Section No. 53, Oreti Hundred; thence by Section No. 63 and the road
which forms the south-eastem boundeary of Section No. 53, and that road continued through Section No. 62 of the said
Oreti Hundred to the westem boundeary of the said Section
No. 62; thence by the eastem side of that road to Section
No. 108; thence again towards the south by the said Section
No. 108 and Sections Nos. 107 and 44 to the north-westem
corner of the last-mentioned section; thence again towards
the east by the said Section No. 44 and Sections Nos. 43, 80, 86, 89, 90, 91, 94, and 95, all of the said Oreti Hundred, to
the south-westem corner of the last-mentioned section; thence again towards the south by the New River Hundred
to the Waimatuku Stream; thence again towards the east
by the left bank of that stream to the oceau; and thence
again towards the south and towards the west by the oceau
to Bligh Sound aforesaid, at the Wakatipu Electorral District
