At a special meeting of shareholders of the Karamea Shipping Company (Limited), held in the schoolroom, Karamea, it was resolved to voluntarily wind up the company; and Messrs. Thomas Curtin and Ernest Hill, of Karamea, were appointed Liquidators.

THE SOUTH RAKAIA TOWN HALL COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” a General Meeting of members of the above-named company will be held at my office, Rakaia, on the 26th day of November, 1896, at 4 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property disposed of; hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, documents, &c., of the company and the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
