NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 202 of the above Act, a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held in the office of Mr. T. S. Graham, 73, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 16th day of November, 1896, at 3 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining, by extraordinary resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company shall be disposed of.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business in Napier as Bakers, under the style or firm of “Fortune and Black,” has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on, under the old style of “Fortune and Black,” by the undersigned ROBERT BLACK, to whom all debts owing to the late firm are to be paid (his receipt being a sufficient discharge), and by whom all the liabilities of the old firm will be discharged.

WAIPU COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE is hereby given that this Council proposes to execute a certain public work—viz., the construction of a road from Whereponga to Tuparoa, and for that purpose to take the lands described in the accompanying Schedule, in terms of “The Public Works Act, 1894.”
All persons affected or having any objection to the execution of this work are hereby called upon to state such objections in writing, and send the same to the office of the Waipu County Council, Waipiro Bay, on or before the 10th day of October, 1896.
Plans of the lands to be taken, with a general description of the works to be executed, may be seen at the office of the Waipu County Council, Waipiro Bay, and at Mr. Thomas Reedy's store, Tuparoa.
