NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between us, the undersigned JAMES HENRY BOUNDY and JOHN JOSEPH CORRY, under the style or firm of “J. H. Boundy & Co.,” has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.

The business of Grain Merchants, Commission Agents, &c., lately carried on by us at Blenheim and Wellington, will henceforth be conducted by John Joseph Corry, to whom all moneys due to the late firm are to be paid, and who will pay all liabilities owing by the said firm.

I HEREBY notify that I have this day retired from the business hitherto carried on by me under the style of “J. H. Stanley and Co.,” and have sold out my interest therein to Mr. A. H. Crawford, by whom the business will continue to be carried on under the present style of “J. H. Stanley and Co.”

All accounts against me up to this date are to be sent in to me, care of J. H. Stanley and Co.; and all debts due to me up to this date in connection with the business may be paid to the new firm of J. H. Stanley and Co., whose receipt will be a sufficient discharge.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Special Partnership for some time prior to the 7th day of August, 1895, carried on by the undersigned under the firm of “Hine, Knuckey, and Company,” at Tikorangi, in the Provincial District of Taranaki, in the trade or business of Dairy-factory Proprietors, &c., has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 7th day of August, 1895.
