"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."—Notice under Rule 133.

Registrar’s Office, Wellington, 14th July, 1896.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made to a Judge of the Court for certificates under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienations hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificates must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

In the matter of the Parapara No. 2B Block, and of an appeal made by Hawira te Ngo from the decision of the Native Land Court in the matter of the definition of relative interests therein.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
