Rural Lands in the Auckland Land District open for Sale or Seletion.

GLASGOW, Governoe.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferrred upon me by the one hundred and thity-sixth section of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David, Ear of Glasgaw, the Governoe of the Coloy of New Zealad, having received the report of the Suroeyor-General in this behal, as in the said section is provided, do herby declare that the rual lands described in the Schedle hereto shall be open for sale or selection on and after the twety-sixth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninty-six; and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedle may, at the option of the applicat, be purchased for cash, or be selected for occuption with right of purchase or on lese in perpuity, or, in respect of any lands containing or supposed to contain any metal, minera, or valuable stone, be selected on lese in perpuity only; and I do herby also fix the price at which the said lands shall be sold, occuied, or leaed, as mentioned in the said Schedle hereto, and do declare that the said lands shall be sold, occuied, or leaed under and subject to the provisios of "The Land Act, 1892."
