Private Advertisements.
THE LAND INVESTMENT COMPANY OF
WELLINGTON (LIMITED).
At a general meeting of this company, held on Friday,
the 29th May last, the following resolutions were
carried :—1. That the Land Investment Company of Wel-
lington (Limited) be voluntarily wound up. 2. That J. R.
Blair and James McKerrow be Liquidators to wind up the
business of the said company without remuneration.—J. R.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between us, the undersigned, carrying on
business at Hawera under the style or firm of “A’Court
and Co.,” as General Blacksmiths, was this day dissolved
by mutual consent.
And it is further notified that Frederick William Bucking-
ham will pay all the liabilities of and receive all debts owing
to the late firm.

PATENT OFFICE SUPPLEMENT.
A SPECIAL Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is
now published fortnightly, containing all notices con-
cerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be
gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents,
expired letters patent, and other information useful to in-
ventors, manufacturers, and others. The Supplement will
be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on
payment of a subscription of ten shillings per annum, pay-
able in advance to the Government Printer.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s.
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for
the first insertion and 3d. per line for the second and any
subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged
2s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before three o’clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders
should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Pub-
lic a/c,” and exchange added.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are
issued.
Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to
prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should
accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be
returned with receipted account.
