NOTICE is hereby given that, by an order of the
Supreme Court of New Zealand made on the 26th
day of May, 1896, the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy for
the District of Otago and Southland was appointed Liqui-
dator of the above-mentioned company, and Wednesday, the
1st day of July, 1896, was fixed as the day on or before
which all claims against the said company must be filed in
the Supreme Court, Dunedin.
Any creditor not proving his debt on or before the day
named will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution
of assets made before the debt of such creditor is proved.
