Lost Policy.

APPLICATION having been made to me under sec-
tion 28 of “The Life Assurance Policies Act, 1884,”
for the issue of a copy of the policy on the life of WILLIAM
ROBERT MCNARN, of Ngakawau, New Zealand, numbered
61329 in the books of the Government Insurance Commis-
sioner, and evidence having been supplied as to the loss of
the original, I hereby give notice that I shall issue a copy
as requested, unless notice be lodged forbidding the same on
or before the 17th day of February, 1896.

SOUTH CANTERBURY SALEYARDS COMPANY
(LIMITED).
COPY of resolutions passed at an extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders held on Saturday, the 7th day
of December, 1895.
(a.) That the subjoined resolution, which was passed at the
extraordinary general meeting of the company held on the
16th November, 1895, be and the same is hereby confirmed
as a special resolution—viz., “That the South Canterbury
Saleyards Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.”
(b.) That the subjoined resolution, which was passed at
the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on
the 16th November, 1895, be and the same is hereby confirmed
as a special resolution—viz., “That Mr. George Frederic
Clulee be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the
voluntary winding-up of the said company, and that the
remuneration for such winding-up be twenty-five pounds
(£25).”

I, FREDERICK GEORGE MORGAN, Registrar of
the Supreme Court for the District of Southland, do
hereby notify that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder
given, by George James Parker, Secretary of the Ocean
Beach Refrigerating Company (Limited), has been lodged
in the Resident Magistrate's Court at Invercargill, and for-
warded to me, and that unless notice of objection be lodged
with me within sixty days of this date I shall proceed to
declare the said company to be dissolved in manner provided
by “The Companies Act, 1882.”

I, GEORGE JAMES PARKER, of the Bluff, in the Provincial
District of Otago and Colony of New Zealand, Secretary of
the Ocean Beach Refrigerating Company (Limited), incor-
porated under “The Companies Act, 1882,” do hereby make
oath and say,—
- That the nominal capital of the said company is £50,000,
divided into 10,000 shares of £5 each. - That the shares have been fully paid up.
- That the company has no assets, and has ceased to carry
on its operations.
And I, the said George James Parker, as such Secretary,
do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of such com-
pany.
