N OTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of
"The Companies Act, 1882," that a general meeting
of members of the above-named company will be held at my
offices, in Featherston Street, Wellington, on Thursday, the
19th day of March, 1896, at 11 o'clock a.m., for the purposes
mentioned in the said section No. 202, and also for the pur-
pose of determining the manner in which the books and
papers of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall
be disposed of.

undersigned Edward Heathcote Williams and Charles
Albert Loughnan, as Barristers and Solicitors, at Napier

December, 1895, by mutual consent. All debts due to the
late firm are to be paid to the said Edward Heathcote Wil-
