DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

T HE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the
undersigned Edward Heathcote Williams and Charles
Albert Loughnan, as Barristers and Solicitors, at Napier
and Hastings, under the style or firm of "Williams and
Loughnan," has been dissolved as from the 31st day of
December, 1895, by mutual consent. All debts due to the
late firm are to be paid to the said Edward Heathcote Wil-
liams, by whom all the liabilities of the said firm will be
discharged.
