I HEREBY give notice that, by the appointment of the Wesleyan Conference recently held in Auckland, the Rev. DANIEL J. MURRAY is the “Authorised Representative” of the Wesleyan Church in accordance with “The Wesleyan Methodist Church Property Trust Act, 1887,” and the Amendment Act, 1892.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments, and of A. Morrison and Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 11th day of May, 1896, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, James Dewar Hunter, Charles Hadfield Statham, and Henry Vincent Haddock, of Moray Place, Dunedin, the Liquidators of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidators, are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
All debts due to the company must be paid to the Liquidators forthwith.

NOTICE is hereby given that resolutions as hereunder written were unanimously passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held on the 4th day of March, 1896, and unanimously confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of the said company held on the 24th day of March, 1896, viz.:
- “That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
- “That Mr. H. E. Elliott be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator at a remuneration of £5 5s.”
