APPLICATION having been made to me under section 28 of “The Life Assurance Policies Act, 1884,” for the issue of a copy of the policy on the life of WILLIAM JOHN HOLT, of Clyde, Otago, Miner, numbered 51058 in the books of the Government Insurance Commissioner, and evidence having been supplied as to the loss of the original, I hereby give notice that I shall issue a copy as requested unless notice be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 2nd day of May, 1896.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership business heretofore carried on by the undersigned at Feilding as Butchers, under the style or firm of “H. Rutherford and Son,” has this day been dissolved. All debts and liabilities due to the said firm must be paid to Henry Rutherford, who will also pay all claims against the said partnership firm.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned as “Hunter and Garlick,” Drapers and Storekeepers, Paeroa and Waihi, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will in future be carried on by Mr. W. L. Hunter in his own name, and he will receive and pay all debts owing to or by the late firm of Hunter and Garlick.

NOTICE is hereby given that the business heretofore carried on by the undersigned as merchants, under the style or firm of “Levin and Co.,” has been acquired and taken over by Levin and Co. (Limited), as from the 31st March, 1896.

All debts of the late firm will be paid by the company, and all moneys due to the late firm must be paid to the company.

The firm of Levin and Co. is dissolved as from noon of the 31st March, 1896.
