(1.) “That the said company be wound up voluntarily,
under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882.’

(2.) “That Mr. A. R. H. Swindley be, and he is hereby
appointed, Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

(3.) “That the said Liquidator be empowered and directed
to sell and transfer the whole of the assets of the said com-
pany, with the exception of all book and other debts and
cash in hand, to the Northern Steamship Company (Limited)
at and for the price or sum agreed upon by and between the
directors of the said companies respectively.”

Wellington, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the
28th April next to have my name placed on the Medical

Zealand Gazette, containing all Bankruptcy Notices
that appear in each issue, are published weekly, and will
be sent post-free to any address on payment of a subscription
of 10s. per annum. Single copies, 3d. each. Orders should
be addressed and subscriptions made payable to

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s.
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for
the first insertion and 3d. per line for the second and any
subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged
23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before three o’clock of the day
preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders
should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Pub-
lic a/c,” and exchange added.

Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are
issued.

Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to
prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should
accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be
returned with receipted account.
