"THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1894."
NOTICE is hereby given that the Takaka Road Board
intends to take, under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Act, the several parcels of land mentioned and
described in the Schedule hereto, which are required for
the purposes of public roads.
Plans of the said parcels of land are open for inspection
at the Takaka News Office, Main Road, Takaka.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in
writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of either
of such parcels of land, and to send such objections in
writing within forty days from the 19th day of March, 1896,
to the Takaka Road Board, at its office in Takaka.
