I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Star of Waitekauri Gold-mining Company as a
no-liability company under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1894."

1. The name of the company is to be the Star of Waite-
   kauri Gold-mining Company (No Liability).

2. The place of operations (or intended operations) is at
   Waitekauri.

3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
   107, Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland.

4. The value of the company's property, including claim
   or lease ground and machinery, is two thousand five hun-
   dred pounds.

5. The number of shares in the company is one hundred
   and twenty-five thousand, of three shillings each.

6. The number of shares subscribed for is eighty-six
   thousand five hundred.

7. The name of the Manager is William Richard Waters.

8. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
