Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Norena Gold-mining Company as a no-liability
company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies
Act, 1894.”

1. The name of the company is to be the Norena Gold-
   mining Company (No Liability).

2. The place of operations (or intended operations) is at
   Kuaotunu.

3. The registered office of the company will be situated
   at Hobson’s Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland.

4. The value of the company’s property, including claim
   or lease ground and machinery, is twelve hundred pounds.

5. The number of shares in the company is eighty thou-
   sand, of two shillings each.
